There has been a significant increase in awareness about lymphatic diseases, little or no help seems to be really accessible to the patient suffering from one 'discomfort' or another.

Lymphoedema, Milroy's disease, Leukaemia etc are seen as treatable when considering certain physio-energetic principles.

The treatment regimen that is introduced as LEM works on all body fluids. This basic lymphatic and energising treatment is designed to reactivate the normal flow of body fluids. This treatment is non-invasive and can be performed safely by any professional or lay person.

LEM has also proven it's worth in treating postural problems in children, as well as mobilising and clearing our more subtle energies.

RE: Treatment and Preventive Therapy of Lymphoedema and related Conditions of Lymphatic Stagnation

Dear Medical Practitioner, Massage Therapist, Physiotherapist, Provider of Natural and ComplementaryTherapies

I am inviting you to participate in our upcoming Workshop Program.

As a member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists AAMT and in the interest of prevention and treatment of Lymphoedema and related conditions I would like to interest you in a promising development in the accessible care and provision of Help to Persons with Lymphoedema and associated conditions.

In the over 23 years of my involvement in holistic Healthcare in Australia and the opportunities of lecturing and instructing in a variety of Complementary Therapies both in Australia and Internationally, I have had the opportunity to further develop and practise a system of ‘Bodywork’ that I am now calling the LEM system. The Courses that I have developed for the LEM system are offered since 1997 alongside other Courses by ASTR School of Natural Therapies, which I co-founded in 1996.

Our School will be conducting a CNLEM Course in Brisbane next on the 5th of December 2010. The lecture and instructional workshop will commence at 9.15AM,   the duration is anticipated to be 6 hours (depending on Class Size). Great emphasis will be placed on the ‘hands-on’ instruction. An overview of the workings of the lymphatic and energy systems of the human body and related pathological changes are an important theoretical component.

Encouragement is given to you and your staff to show interest and to participate in this workshop. In the interest of public Health and preventive Care we are appreciative of your efforts to incorporate this extended study into the relief of Lymphoedema and related conditions into your scope of modalities practised.

Dr. Natasha Posner formerly of the University of Queensland Dept. of Social and Preventive Medicine conducted a survey on my initiative in conjunction with the Lymphoedema Association of Queensland and published the conclusive results in 2001 which indicate, that there is a need for further support to persons with Lymphoedema and related conditions.

We need YOUR participation to make this excitingly simple method of treatment available and hope to offer a truly more accessible method of treatment to be added to the minimal list of options available to Persons with Lymphoedema and related conditions.

Thank you for your interest and continuing support to persons in need of your help. Please extend this invitation to practitioners whom we might not have been able to reach…

Our next CNLEM  Course Dates:   5th December 2010,    30th January 2011
