It has taken me a lifetime to catch on. Finding out for myself has been a wonderful experience. Not only am I able to speak to a Mountain - I have learned to listen!

Long have I said, that everything in the world is energy; Energy vibrating at different frequencies. These different vibrations constitute Life. So, when I look at a Tree, I look at vibrant energy. When I look at Rock, I look at vibrant energy. When I look at a Human Being, I look, most of the time, at vibrant energy.

I have learned that Energy is intelligent. I know that I am communicating with different forms of Energy. You, for instance, are reading these pages; I am communicating to you. When I am communicating with a Tree or a Mountain, surely they are responding to my words as much as you are!

Everything that is present in a physical form on this planet is said to be created. You, me, Mountains, Water, Trees... Transformed out of pure energy into material substance. Seeing I am able to hear and understand you, I now know, that I also 'hear' and understand any-thing that is manifest materially on this planet.

The key to this revelation for me is, that everything is of Spirit, everything has Spirit. And it is this Spirit that I am communicating with.

Over the ages people have given names to various expressions of Spirit. Theme of this particular article is Nature Spirits. There are different names describing Nature Spirits. One of those are the Deva.

Devas have been described as progressed entities from a previous planetary period. They seem to have arrived on earth before we did and they remain dormant until a certain stage of human evolution is reached that allows communication.

I would have always thought, that all of humanity has to arrive at that certain stage of evolution to fulfill this promise. What I have learnt, however, is that it is quite posible for any human to synchronise with their communication towards us, to enter into a working relationship to benefit our common home, Mother Earth, and all that inhabit her.

Should you wish to communicate with Devas, be sure of your intent. Firstly, ask Mother Earth as to where and how you can be of help. You will inherently know! The next step would be to reassure yourself of a certain hirarchy. By that I mean that a Tree has a resident Deva. That Deva expresses as 'that Tree'. Then there is the Deva of the whole forest, then a Deva that expresses as the whole region and so forth.

There is Energy - there is Spirit dwelling in every thing. Establish who it is that you are communicating with; the Spirit of a Mountain or the Spirit of the entire region. Usually, there are demarcations concerning the Job that a particular Deva is entrusted with. A prominent Mountain overlooking a lake from it's vantage point at the head of the valley would govern and protect most of that particular region. It is indeed 'in charge' of what goes on and how life unfolds in that district.

Now that man has interfered with the 'dominance' of Nature and feels that he is 'in charge' over it, the natural balance has been upset - and so are the Devas. In most of the places that I have visited, nature spirits have stopped 'doing their job' for reason of our disrespect! Not until we are re-assuring those helpers of our respectful intent to be of assistance will they take up their nominated positions again.

Many people around the world have been doing their 'bit' to wake up the mountains and waters and trees to assist mother earth in her healing. We all are able to respond to the calling and work together with Nature.
